Introduce yourself and your business to readers:
My name is Josey Wellz, CEO of Living Wellz Confidence and Life Coach LLC. I decided to name this new journey of my life Living Wellz because the choice to live well is an individual, total, and radical accountability decision. In life, it’s either you choose to live the life you want, or the world will tell you the life to live. All day we are flooded with suggestions from society on the Life we should live. Like a tailor, I alter to fit each client’s needs. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to coaching. I must be a light by practicing being true to myself. I must say I like who I am creating, and I am witnessing the evolution of me as an out-of-body experience. We are led to believe there are parts of us that are lost and need to be found. I disagree, I believe that We are creators and as creators, it is our responsibility to create the version of ourselves that is necessary to live the life we desire. That’s where I step in, Josey Wellz, The Coach, with the assist as a guide and accountability partner. Share your top 2 most proud accomplishments to date: The first that comes to mind is being a father. Being entrusted with such a major responsibility is truly a blessing. I am most honored to be a father of 3 beautiful children that are perfect in my eyes. Watching my sons grow to become men, I know that even when I’m gone, I will rest in peace knowing that I have left them with the necessary tools needed to not only survive but live a bountiful life. Teaching them to create their heaven here on earth brings me joy. My number 2 is The evolution of me. I accepted my calling to help others. I became “free”! One may be physically free, yet they are imprisoned in their mind. The choice is freedom. The awareness of choice is a freedom that is at times misunderstood because since childhood we are told who we can or cannot be. We are taught to remember things that do not serve us per our individual experience. I believe that we all have a common purpose in life, which is service to our fellow mankind. Choosing how I can serve others while still living a prosperous life is Fulfilling for me. Living on purpose makes me happy. What advice would you share to help people thrive in uncertain seasons? This too shall pass. At Living Wellz, we educate our clients on radical accountability. It’s not about who’s to blame, who’s wrong, or who did what. It’s about understanding that your life after you leave your parents' home is 100% yours. This idea forces one to make better decisions on how you move, who you’re around, and the places you go. This is how you take control of your life. Once you take control understand that life is an expression that happens through you, not to you. Life can only be expressed based on the input that is received. Input turns to output. Now this is where the responsibility part comes in. You are aware of the output. You’re aware of the expression. You’re aware of the result or effect. You are also the cause. Become aware of the cause. Think of the cause as seeds planted in the ground. The effects are the trees and fruits that those seeds brought forth. Matthew 7:17 says, Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. Be mindful of the seeds that are planted before that season of uncertainty. The harvest will reflect it. What is next for you in 2023 and beyond? I’m building a legacy, a brand that stands for self-empowerment by spreading awareness of being. I am grateful to receive more opportunities to speak at events, create workshops, and coach in groups and 1 on 1’s. Living on purpose. Educating others on how to stay focused on their goals and set boundaries to protect one’s mental health. I am getting booked and selling out arenas to spread my story, and my not-so-secret formula for living an abundant and prosperous life. The change will always remain a personal choice and decision. I have been gifted with patience, Understanding, and listening skills which Are critical for the part I play in each person’s life. I have a saying, “My life, my story! Your life, your story”. Our story should be purposefully lived. We are all authors in the novel of our lives. Everyone you meet plays a role in your story. When I work with a client, I am very grateful that they decided to add me to their story, and I don’t take it lightly. How can readers connect with you online or work with you? Readers can connect with me at www.livingwellz.com, I have a simple but thorough intake form to fill out. Once the Intake form is completed, I proceed with a phone call interview to establish if we are the right fit. Then the mind renewal and transformation begin.
