 W. Buddy Huntley III is a graduate of Auburn University, University of North Texas, and Florida A&M College of Law. After graduation law school in 2008 and passing both the Georgia and Alabama Bar exams he opened Holston & Huntley. Since 2009 he has represented Bankruptcy debtors and Personal Injury victims throughout Georgia and Alabama. Buddy became a lawyer because he has always wanted to help people.
Attorney Buddy Huntley, III was taught the “Golden Rule” by his grandmother and that was to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This is exactly how he has approached the practice of law. After graduating law school in 2008 and passing the Georgia and Alabama Bar exams, he immediately opened Holston & Huntley. When he initially opened Holston & Huntley, he had zero clients. Through hard work and implementing the “Golden Rule”, he has grown his law firm. Although the numbers have increased tremendously, his staff treats every one of his clients with compassion, empathy, and respect just as his grandmother taught. His personal injury experience consists of not only negotiating with insurance companies but also includes representing injured victims in the court room when the insurance company refuses to fairly compensate his clients. The injured victims he represents include those involved in minor fender benders to those have been seriously injured. He has recovered more than several million dollars for his clients. "I became a lawyer because I always wanted to help people and earn an honest living that could be used to support my family. There is no better feeling than knowing that I was able to change my client’s life with the knowledge that I have obtained through learning and practicing law. I chose my areas of practice because I wanted to help an underserved and underrepresented segment of my community. I understand that every dollar matters. I consider it a privilege to be able to provide my clients with the knowledge and skills they might not otherwise receive due to their financial situation." says Huntley. When he is not advocating for clients or fighting big insurance companies in Court, he makes time to enjoy golfing, traveling, and rooting for the Auburn Tigers with his wife and daughter.
